Gizdich Ranch

We went out to Gizdich Ranch (http://www.gizdich-ranch.com/) today! The boys had a blast picking and eating strawberries and playing with the Ratliff boys. There is a cute farm park area with a tractor and haystacks to play on that might have been more exciting than the berries! Now I've got to figure out what to make with these strawberries. Actually strawberry milkshakes sound good right now. We'll see.

p.s. Blessings on those farmworkers in the fields. That is some crazy labor they put out each day.

Yes, it does make you appreciate the farm workers. Being bent over all day picking berries is hard work! Or at least painful work...

That last photo looks like a mini-Matt. Ha.

Picking berries with the Rat-pack? Must be nice...

Put the strawberries on some All Bran cereal and feel healthy.

Look at those cute kids!

Yep, strawberry picking is a chore. That's why I shell out the big bucks for the already picked berries. I feel very good about supporting my local economy that way. :)
